全過程工程咨詢 Whole process of engineering consulting service

規劃與設計階段  Planning and design phase

●編制項目建議書；總體策劃(功能、投資、工期)
Draw up project proposals, overall schemes(function, investment and time limit).

●編制項目可行性研究報告

●編制項目投資估算
Draw up project assessment plans.

●編制初步設計概算書
Draw up primary design budgetary reports.

●編制施工圖設計預算書
Draw up construction drawings and design budget reports.

●按估算的建設費用編制初步現金流量表和成本計劃
Draw up primary cash flow tables and cost plans according to the estimated construction cost.

●按業主投資控制預算實施經濟限額設計
Execute economic limitation design according to the clients’ investment budgetary.

招標投標階段  Bidding phase

●對工程合約形式，招標方案提供意見
Make suggestions for the style of engineering agreement and bidding schemes.

●編制招標文件，草擬合同條款，代理招標手續
Draw up bidding documents, sketch out contract items, and deputize bidding procedures.

●編制詳細的單項工程/單位工程/分部分項工程/分部位、分樓層的工程量清單，分析工程用料明細、機電設備采購明細

●對設計變更進行估值，以便確認合同價款增減金額

●查詢材料、設備市場實際價格，以便招標釆購確定價格
